This Gilet has been crafted from our luxurious Fox Tweed TD1, which draws inspiration from the picturesque Somerset moors and the classic style of British-made garments. The sophisticated patterns and designs are directly influenced by Fox Brothers' extensive archives dating back to the mid-1900s and reflect the rich and varied shades of the moors. It features a single-breasted design with a Nero style collar, a button closure, a Cupro inner lining, an inner pocket, and two lower pockets.
This jacketing cloth is woven in the town of Wellington, Somerset by Fox Brothers, who have been weaving cloth for over 200 years.
The range of patterns and designs are directly inspired by Fox Brothers’ extensive archives dating to the mid-1900s and echo the colours of Somerset’s surrounding moors in their rich mélange of shades.
